Returns/Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. Because our items are handmade, we don't have allot of stock on hand, however should we have your size, we may be able to accommodate an exchange subject to the availability. Please understand, that you the customer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs.  If an exchange is offered, items must be in original condition and not worn or altered and must be returned with there original cotton dustbags.

 

Faults

Any faults must be reported within 5 days of item receipt to be eligible for a return or refund. We will not under any circumstances accept returns on items after this period of time has passed. We reserve the right to offer a repair of the fault. A refund will only be issued if the item is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.


We reserve the right to deny returns if the items returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Boho Leather Co. will not be responsible for missing packages, please ensure you use a service with tracking.  Leather is a natural product and can have minor discolouration, different textures, markings, slight scratches etc, this makes leather more beautiful & unique and is not classed as a fault. The sizing on our sandals may also give or take up to 1cm because they are handmade - this is also not classed as a fault.
